I first spoke with Greg online through Facebook on a Sunday and came in Monday and left with a brand new mattress for my son. Everything is still in the box/plastic. He didn’t try to sale us anything we didn’t want. Very clean nice and inviting environment. The music was a plus 🙂

Shopping at Factory Direct was a great experience! I enjoy the fact that it is by appointment only, so I was the only one shopping at the time. Greg pointed me in the right direction and gave me the time I needed to decide on a mattress. I would highly recommend looking for your next mattress here!
