Great experience shopping for a new mattress. Mike took time to answer all our questions about different options and explained the features of each mattress. We had researched mattresses online and thought we wanted a Helix,but we didn't want to buy without actually laying on one to see how it felt. We did purchase a Helix mattress, but it was a different model than we originally thought because of Mike's recommendation due to our hip pains.

Mike was great and very knowledgeable. We needed him badly. LOL

I can’t say enough positive things about Factory Direct Mattress. I previously had a DreamCloud mattress that I loved, but at some point the company changed the way they made them. When I went to buy a king-size version for our bedroom, it just wasn’t the same. It was close, but slightly off from what I needed, and I kept waking up with back pain. I started researching alternatives and quickly realized how hard mattress shopping has become when so much is online. The options at bigger stores like Nebraska Furniture Mart also didn’t really fit what I was looking for in a firmer mattress. I ended up going to Factory Direct Mattress and I’m really glad I did. Ellen and Mike helped me on two separate visits and were incredibly patient walking me through different mattress types and firmness options. Between their expertise and the research I had already done, I finally found a mattress that works well for me. What stood out most was that they genuinely listened instead of pushing a sale. They were knowledgeable, flexible, kind, and clearly cared about helping me find the right fit. I can’t recommend them enough.

First I want to say what an awesome experience this was. Greg was more than gracious accomodating our time to come to the store. First, I was asked questions...what am I looking for, issues etc. He actually listened. Then he places markers on the beds for you to try. And leaves you to try. Occasionally checks in to see how it's going. Always patiently answering the questions I keep coming up with. No pressure to buy. Gives advice on mattresses regarding certain issues(ex back pain, sleep.hot, etc). I needed another mattress but had counted on going to at least 3 other of the big name places and then agonizing over which one to purchase. I had come across this place on line and am so glad I did. I walked out with a new mattress. Best experience I have had purchasing a mattress or any big ticket item. Thanks Greg!

Had a great experience at FDM. Adrienne (I think) was a great help. Explained everything perfectly and assisted us in every way. Very low pressure. Prices were low. standard 120 day return policy. Showroom is basic and they run by appointment only. This helps keep overhead down and they are able to give personal service. After laying on half of the mattresses we ended up buying a Helix mattress. Now we wait for it to show up at our door.
